Level 3 support (platform support and triage)
  • Deliver desk-side support for incident, request and change management.
  • Provide on-call 24x7 support for critical issues.

Patch management
  • Test and distribute Microsoft and select third-party application security updates.
  • Follow best practices for a proven and formal phased-distribution approach.
  • Identify root cause of and remediate patch errors and failures.
  • Enable auto-remediation for noncompliant systems.

Antivirus management (endpoint protection management)
  • Monitor and plan for malware and other potential security threats.
  • Verify all devices have the latest antivirus software and definitions.
  • Enable auto-remediation for noncompliant systems.
  • Implement advanced audit and verification services.

Image engineering and management
  • Execute automated build process to address hard drive crashes.
  • Perform quarterly image updates, and provide PC and virtual desktop infrastructure (VDI) image support.
  • Simplify and automate the image process (light-touch imaging, zero-touch imaging, user-driven imaging).

PC configuration life cycle management (PCCLM) support and maintenance
  • Provide application-level support for device management tools such as System Center Configuration Manager, Altiris and LANDesk.
  • Integrate platforms to enable event orchestration and automation.

Mobile device management (MDM)
  • Provision and manage smartphones and tablets (iOS, Android and Windows devices).
  • Define and maintain MDM policies and reporting.
  • Implement MDM platform (on-premises, SaaS) for all leading MDM solutions (e.g. MobileIron, Airwatch, Good, XenMobile).

VDI management (hosted virtual desktop management)
  • Manage and support the VDI infrastructure, and maintain the image.
  • Provision desktops.
  • Monitor and maintain virtual session-based performance.

Application support
