    - Standard: Already included in the subscription cost. The plan gives unlimited access to University and Community, Phone and web technical support during business hours

    - Premier: $5,000 is charged as an annual fee. The plan gives unlimited access to University and Community, 24X5 Phone and web technical support with accelerated response time, access to customer success team and collaboration with consultants

    - Premier Plus: $15,000 is charged as an annual fee. The plan gives unlimited access to University and Community, 24X7 Phone and web technical support along with accelerated response time, Premier Technical Support Line plus designated team and a dedicated customer success manager

  • Cost may vary based on the amount of repurposing email templates and landing pages to be migrated, the number of images and content assets to be transferred and the magnitude of automated programs and workflows to be transferred

  • Act-On offers 40+ free and unlimited courses for all skill levels, tailored as per end-user requirements
  • Offers certification programs as well
  • Act-On offers training courses for Account Set-up, Brand Marketer, Demand Marketer and Expand Marketer
  • Provides on-site instructor-led training courses, virtual custom workshops, on-site custom and standard workshops, all chargeable over and above the subscription cost
  • Virtual Custom Workshops cost $1,500 per one-hour course tailored as per business requirements

  • The cloud-based solution does not provide a strong landing page builder functionality. The landing page and email created within the software cannot be linked to the business’s Google Analytics page
  • Act-On offers limited reporting functionality
  • The solution offers limited capability in terms of building forms for reviews and does not allow customization of forms
  • Assembling email templates is a complicated process
