You can pull live workforce data from all connected HR functions, while other platforms do batch uploads at best.Always-on, live data leads to faster payroll processing, as Motivate discovered when they managed to reduce processing time by 33%.This always-on data approach highlights a key difference from other systems, such as Oracle HCM, which relies on a more modular architecture. Dayforce has its various modules — payroll, time, talent — tightly built into the platform, so data flows effortlessly between the various modules.In contrast, Oracle HCM relies on an integration layer to connect its components. While this allows for greater customization, it can slow down data flow, and implementations are notoriously complex.Another key benefit of Dayforce is that it’s easier to use and implement than other HR systems.
