We meet with you to outline the requirements of the position including skills and relevent experience. In addition to our standard, rigorous screening process, we encourage our customers to provide us with any additional screening we can perform on their behalf, such as custom interview questions or technical testing materials.
Gorilla Logic maintains an extensive network of candidates with whom we’ve worked for many years. Our recruiters reach out to find the initial list of candidates that meet your criteria, and conduct first rounds of interviews to identify the most promising few.
Every candidate undergoes a custom online screening exam incorporating coding tests, video Q&A, and essay questions. The results are reviewed by a senior Gorilla Logic engineer, who then conducts a comprehensive technical interview to further validate the candidate’s depth of experience and expertise.
