A great program that matched our budget
It's easier now for us to better evaluate and track performance, rather than using a Word document which is what we had prior.
Support could be a little quicker to complete a ticket, but everyone we've worked with has been open, helpful, and very responsive.

LightWork took what four programs were doing and simplified them. Now training people to use our timekeeping software is really easy.

It had everything we wanted
We can add people to it easily, it allows for dual supervisors, it integrates with our HRMS software and the price fit our budget nicely.
I wish the product guide was a little more thorough. Maybe with items that showed the process of appraisals.

But all our customizations were met We were on a very tight timeframe and we should have started the PAM process a little earlier than we did to ensure proper training was received; however, this was not a fault of the PerformancePAM group

The transition from training to going live has gone extremely well due to on-demand training videos, manuals, and the responsive support team. The support team has been wonderful. The technical consultants have been exceptional and communicate easy to understand instructions.
There was some work up front, but it was good work, because it gave me a chance to dissect all of our positions and really hone in on KPIs and responsibilities, getting us back to the basics of each position.
PerformancePAM's user-friendly, web-based program is what piqued the most interest.
