Inside Sales Rep – No Cold Calls – All Inbound Leads – Denver, CO
This may be one of the best Inside Sales positions you may ever have, because of a proprietary way of knowing which companies are in the market to buy. No more cold-calling people out of some arbitrary list.

Magazine for 2017 and 2018. We provide a prescriptive workflow and globally accepted best-practices for selecting and implementing enterprise software. We have thousands of monthly visitors consuming our valuable content, requesting access to our software platform, and searching for answers for their research needs to help guide them with their important software selection process. Amazingly 25% of those visitors are researching ERP related software. Highly qualified leads and appointments are provided by our lead generation team who are already speaking with these people.
This position requires you to follow up with people who have requested access to SelectHub’s software platform or downloaded information searching for answers for their software research needs. You call these individuals to better understand their needs and pitch the relevant solution offering from SelectHub that will save them time and money.
This position averages 60-100 dials and 10-15 conversations daily. Position pays a competitive salary, commissions and bonuses for maintaining or exceeding performance targets, and that also includes uncapped commissions and valuable stock options!
- Previous inside sales experience.
- You are not afraid of going through 100+ dials to reach your daily conversation goals.
- Have a student mentality, are open to coaching, and can learn new processes and technologies quickly.
- You always maintain a positive attitude, you have exceptional “people” skills, and you think on your feet under pressure.
- Most importantly, you get stuff done with zero excuses!
- Prior inside sales experience at a B2B technology services company
- Familiarity with enterprise software categories like ERP, CRM and BI. Ability to talk at a high-level (but intelligently) about these type of software with prospects.
- Familiarity with using Salesforce, or another CRM
