SelectHub is a rapidly growing company (#17 on the Inc. 500 list of fastest growing software companies 2017) and doubling our Austin office inside sales staff. In this role you get to follow up with people who have downloaded information from our website in their research to determine which software product is the best for their company. Your role is to better understand what they are looking for. You then provide that information to our analysts who matches their specific needs with the software products in the market that best meets their specific needs. Saving them valuable time and money in the process. You are not making presentations or selling anything and this is all free of charge to the person you are speaking with.
This is the perfect job for you if:
- You have any inside or outside sales / BDR / appointment setting experience.
- You are extraordinarily persistent, you learn quickly, and you thrive in fast-paced, competitive environments.
- You have a student mentality, are open to coaching, and can learn new processes and technologies quickly.
- You’re familiar with the B2B software world and can talk the talk when it comes to ERP, CRM, BI, and HCM solutions.
- You’re not afraid of hitting the phones. You have remarkably thick skin and can bounce back from a “no” and keep dialing. You will be making 100+ calls per day.
- You always maintain a positive attitude, you have exceptional “people” skills, and you think on your feet under pressure.
- Most importantly, you get stuff done with zero excuses!
This is a phone-intensive inside sales role. Every day you will have a fresh set of warm leads to dial consisting of buyers who have already visited our website asking for us to send more information. While we don’t expect you to prospect, we do expect you to come to the table with a strong working knowledge of inside sales fundamentals and one-call-close techniques. Salary: $30K Base + Commission + Equity. Average first year earnings typically range from $50,000.00 to $75,000.00 and year two will be higher.
