Tableau offers three different tiers of support for customers: standard, extended and premium support.
phonePhone: This option is available only to premium support members. Users can call 24/7 with their priority 1 and priority 2 issues and have them solved by senior technical engineers. The targeted response time is 30 minutes.
schoolTraining: Tableau offers several self-service training modules that vary in length. The company also offers in-person training sessions.
local_offerTickets: When submitting a ticket to Tableau, users are assigned a priority tier for their issue. This option is not available to customers on the standard plan.
